How to Connect the Speed Signal
If the Speed Governor Release is to be applied
  1. Cut the speed signal wire.
2. Pass a (female) cap through the cut wire from the ECU side and tie it to the outer connector terminal. Then, pass a (male) cap through the cut wire from the vehicle side and tie it to the inner connector terminal.
3. Connect the SPout (gray) cable to the outer connector terminal, and connect the SPin (green) cable to the inner connector terminal.
If the Speed Governor Release is not to be applied
  1. Cut the connector terminal of the SPin (green) cable, and connect it to the speed signal wire using a solderless connector.
2. Insulate the SPout (gray) cable using an electrical tape.
