The Field Compass is designed to operate only
on vehicle with 12V electric system. |

The Field Compass cannot be installed in vehicles
that have a 24V electric system, diesel engines or that have
aftermarket kit replacement parts not conforming to original
equipment manufacturer's specifications. |

Do not allow the product to be exposed to moisture. |

NEVER dismantle and assemble the product. This
could cause damage to the product and make it unsafe to use.
Tampering with the product renders the limited warranty ineffective. |

The product is designed to be powered by the vehicle
cigarette lighter socket. Applying power to the unit from a
different source will render the limited warranty ineffective. |

Do not stare at the display or manipulate the
function of the unit while driving. Distractions could lead
to an accident. |

Except for the external temperature sensor, the
Field Compass is designed for installation entirely within the
vehicle. |
 |
Do not place the control unit over any portion
of the instruments. |
 |
On some vehicles the battery will continue to
supply power to the cigarette lighter socket even when the ignition
has been switched off. Disconnect the unit from cigarette lighter
plug to prevent the battery from being discharging when the
unit is not in use. |

Do not pull the product's cords. |
 |
Do not allow the product to be exposed to moisture.
Do not use cleaning fluids on the display unit. |

Install the display unit in a position where it
will not hinder driving. |
 |
The company is not responsible for any damage
to the vehicle arising from the use or application of the display
film on the windshield. |

Do not test the compass functions by bringing
it into proximity with a magnet or a magnetic object. |
 |
Do not test the external temperature sensor by
bringing it into proximity with a high temperature object or
part of the vehicle. |
