Mounting gauges
Make a hole where the gauge is mounted. Fit the gauge into the hole and fasten it by using a mounting bracket included in the kit from the backside of dashboard. The following picture is a example of mounting. Please note that the gauges in this picture are not D-Gauges but Defi-Link Meter BFs.
MECHANICAL BOOST
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable.
2) Cut hose between the surge tank and the fuel regulator.
3) Connect the cut edges (a) and (b) by using the three-way connector.
4) Connect the supplied hose to the three-way connector (c).
5) Connect the other side of the supplied hose to the gauge (d).
6) Connect the white wire and the black wire.
7) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable.

To avoid disconnection of rubber hose and air leak, attach hose clamps, and use tie-wraps to secure to adjacent hose in the engine compartment. Disconnection of hose or air leak could cause the engine damage.

OIL PRESSURE
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable.
2) Connect the power supply wire.
3) Connect the pressure sensor. Use 1/8NPT adapter if needed.
4) Connect the sensor wire.
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable.

To avoid oil leak, use Teflon tape. Before driving, inspect oil leak. Leak could cause a fire or damage of the engine.

FUEL PRESSURE
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable.
2) Connect the power supply wire.
3) Connect the pressure sensor. Use 1/8NPT adapter if needed.
4) Connect the sensor wire.
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable.

To avoid fuel leak, use Teflon tape. Before driving, inspect hose connections for fuel leak. Leak could cause a fire.

TEMPERATURE
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable.
2) Connect the power supply wire.
3) Connect the temperature sensor.
4) Connect the sensor wire.
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable.

To avoid water/oil leak, use Teflon tape. Before driving, inspect water/oil leak. Leak could cause a fire or damage of the engine.

EXHAUST TEMPERATURE
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable.
2) Connect the power supply wire.
3) Connect the exhaust temperature sensor by using 1/8NPT fitting.
4) Connect the sensor wire.
5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable.

To avoid personal injury, do not begin installation of exhaust temp. sensor while the engine is warm.

When drilling a hole to attach sensor to the exhaust system, make sure no metal remain in the exhaust pipe.

AIR/FUEL RATIO
1) Disconnect negative(-) battery cable.
2) Connect the power supply wire.
3) Tap the oxygen sensor signal wire to the signal wire of genuine oxygen sensor.

4) Connect the oxygen sensor wire.

5) Reconnect negative(-) battery cable.
*A commercial oxygen sensor is necessary to be purchased separately. Please use a sensor which is conformed to the recommended aspect as shown below.
Recommended Oxygen Sensor character
